Privacy notice

This site collects nothing about you. No email gate. No account. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No third-party scripts that follow you. The contact route on the site sends an email to hello@kingdomfunerals.co.uk and is not stored on the site itself. The triage wizard at /start/ keeps every answer in your browser memory only and forgets it the moment you close the tab.

What standard server logs may capture

Kingdom Funerals is hosted on Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify's edge servers record technical request information for security and abuse-prevention purposes — the visiting IP address, the user-agent string of the browser, the time of the request, and the URL requested. These logs are held by Netlify under their own retention policy and are not joined to any identity by Kingdom Funerals. Kingdom does not export, mine, or analyse them.

Cookies

Kingdom Funerals does not set any cookies of its own. The directory's Leaflet map loads tiles from a third-party tile provider, and Google Fonts serves the Source Sans 3 and Source Serif 4 typefaces; both may set their own technical cookies under their own policies. Nothing on the page reads or writes a cookie that contains anything about you.

Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access to any personal data a controller holds about you, the right to have it corrected, the right to have it erased, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because Kingdom Funerals stores no personal data about visitors, the right of access and the right to erasure return nothing — there is nothing to access and nothing to erase. If you are concerned about a specific item, write to hello@kingdomfunerals.co.uk.

The triage wizard

The wizard at /start/ asks a series of plain questions to point you to the right page. Every answer lives only in your browser session and is discarded the moment you close or refresh the tab. There is no submit button that sends anything to a server. There is no save-progress feature. There is no account.
